I'm working on a build and I'm not real savy when it comes to buffers and such.
I have this buffer with the tube and spring, It's not marked that I can tell. How can I tell if this is appropriate for a rifle length AR or a carbine? Commercial vs mil spec. I read the FAQ but I'm still not getting it 100%. There was no pictures.

You were talking about the Spike's buffers.
