So I originally sent this to my gunsmith to install, but he had it for three weeks and then left for vacation. Needless to say, I went to the gun shop he works out of and picked up my stuff to actually get my rifle going before I go on a little road trip.
Initially, the gunsmith said there was an issue with the barrel nut, and I needed a new one, which is what he was waiting on for three weeks I guess. I called DD and had one from them in 2days. When I picked up the rifle from the shop today, a DD MFR nut was installed (unknown if this is the orginal or the one DD shipped to the gunsmith), and looks no different than the one DD mailed to me. So, the DD MFR barrel nut is installed, and according to instruction, I just have to tighten the (4) set screws until I feel tension. 
However, it seems the screws are so short, that I can place all of them in their hole and none of them touch the barrel nut,seem to even get close, or even seem to "catch" on anything . They just fall out. What am I missing?
