Hey all first post!

I just recently purchased a complete upper from runner runner guns and im not sure what brand the bcg is. First off let me state the bcg is nickel boron coated and is an m16 style, there are markings that state MPI 9310 which did help me narrow a bit but there is some sort of animal (possible badger?) etched onto the bcg (pic below).

Any help on identification of brand would be great :)
