OK...I'm looking for a .308 upper assembly to mate with a Fulton Armory lower reciever...

I have some questions:

Does anyone make a 20" upper assembly that mates to the Fulton Armory lower?  I know DPMS mates to it, but I onyl see 16, 18, and 24" barrels.  Should I just get a 24" barrel and chop it down to 20"?

If I want to make a 1 MOA rifle, what are the parts of a gas gun that makes it accurate?  (other than obviously the barrel).  

Should I just build it from scratch?

id chop an a3 24".  get a good trigger, a proper sling, and match bullets.  if it wont shoot at least moa with matchkings, firelap it.

eta, is fa not on the list yet?  make sure they will sell to CA, a few companies have been threatened and will not, forget who.
