There should be an exchange forum specifically for helping members who reside in banned states. Preban for No-ban. I don't know if there would be any legal problems with this. Maybe a tacked thread posted showing the legal and proper way to do such an exchange. It just doesn't seem to make sense continuing to own a preban receiver in a no-ban state, when someone living "behind enemy lines" would benefit greatly from a trade. In a way it would be like fighting the anti's by rendering their continuation of the ban somewhat useless, wouldn't it? I sure would appreciate it were I in their shoes, wouldn't you? Is there something already like this going on? What do you guys think?

I mean no offense but wouldnt it be better to petition our "brothers" to change thier states instead of finding loopholes in such rediculous legislation?  The beauty of democracy is the fact that if you dont like who is representing you, change it.  Make every person you meet aware of the silly things that are left out of the media reports of such "life saving" legislation.  Again I dont mean this as a flame but as something to think about.

so your telling me to move....uh....yeah, you wanna move, or spend a few hundred to get a preban lower?? hmmmm........let me think!

yes, that would be much apreciated, only prob is i have nothing im willing to trade haha, but im sure others do and would like the chance!!!

even just selling  preban lowers for a low price would be awesome.  you can get lowers new for pretty good prices, just buy a new similar one and sell your pre-ban for the same price.

you are a genious!!

There's benefit to be had for both parties in this situation. I for one, will benefit from receiving enough money to purchase a brand, spanking, new, complete lower National Match receiver. The purchaser, will benefit from owning a receiver which has none of the stupid restrictions placed on the "banned" receivers by his or her home state. Moving is an extreme option, only used in the worst case scenario's akin to refugee status. There's so many different issues surrounding relocation, that I couldn't even scratch the surface.
