Someone in my family slid a BCG into one of my stripped uppers... the bolt rotated and the cam pin is stopping it from coming out.

Any ideas how I can get it out?

my brother just did that to my bolt in my upper yesterday

take your fingers, wedge them in there, and pull on the bolt (not the carrier but just the bolt) until it moves forward a tad.

That's a real nasty thing to deal with. Not putting the firing pin in was a BIG mistake. Now you just have to keep shaking the hell out of your are and hope the bolt cam moves enought to allow the BCG to come out. SHAKE!! SHAKE!! SHAKE!! PULL!! PULL!! Just keep trying.

It was a complete BCG that was put in, firing pin and all... I have larger than normal fingers and have been trying to use some weird shaped needle nosed plyers to pull/twist the bolt.

Just to make sure, I need to pull/twist COUNTER-CLOCKWISE correct?

I took a Hoppes 22lr boresnake, wrapped the black cord around the bolt twice, held the BCG/upper with left hand, and pulled/twisted the boresnake cord with right hand. 10 seconds and it was out.

next time I will go with the SHAKE< SHAKE< SHAKE as that sounds more fun.
