Didn't look good getting a complete bolt/carrier assy these days,..but I was able to get a complete bolt from Brownell's and enough stuff from Midway & Brownells to put together the carrier myself. I know the carrier key can and the staking can be tricky & was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction for the proper assembly steps... Thanks in advance.

Check some of the assembly videos that are online at Brownell's.  Putting the key on a bolt carrier is not difficult.  Torque your carrier key screws to 35-40 inch pounds then stake them so they don't turn back out and the stake buldge doesn't extrude out and cause dragging on the charging handle.

Staking

Quib does a good write up on staking here

carrier key install

Go here for the install. Scroll down to TM 9-1005-319-23. Make sure you look at -23 and not -10.

ETA: Armalite wrote this and reccomends 55 inch pounds. I believe the TM says 35-40 inch pounds.
