I'm trying to identify this upper before it goes on my brother's estate auction. The only markings are a symbol on the side (pic) and 300 FB on top of the barrel.

300 FB is probably 300 Fireball, aka 300/221 Fireball, aka 300 whisper. 300 Whisper Wiki
It goes on a standard lower and uses a standard AR-15 BCG. the symbol on the upper just tells where it was made, I think that one is Cerro Forge, thats a generic, very common symbol, and has nothing to do with the caliber or such. Its a standard A4 upper. I have a 300 whisper, and got some dummy rounds you can chamber check. |

Am I better off offering it by itself, or with a lower attached? BTW I'm learning a heck of a lot having to inventory these guns! Oh, and here's my next project when i'm done with the guns.
