DPMS makes one and is listed on their web site.  Brownells still list them but are currently listed as out of stock, not discontinued, but at a hefty $200.   Why must you have a single shot lower?  It is not needed unless you live in a state that does not allow semi-auto AR-15s. The single shot lowers really do not add any strength that is needed since a standard AR lower is more than strong enough for the .50 BMG uppers.  All the stress is in the bolt and barrel and the straight back recoil forces of the AR design put the recoil into the stock not into the mag well area.  The pivot pin and take down pins do not take on much if any recoil forces if the upper mates with the lower like it should.
People over at the FCSA have been using standard AR lowers for many years with no ill affects, and if you want, you can use the lower to put other uppers on in the future.
