Could You Have Stopped This? Vegas Shooting Analysis with Attorneys on Retainer

My scope has 1/4" wind/elevation adjust at 100 yards. Does this mean it would be 1/2" at 200 and 1" at 300? What about at 400?
BTW, I know the info is here, but couldn't find it with search.
