Built a SPR style gun and it is having problems feeding from the mag. I dont believe it is a mag issue as I have tried several differant magazines. The bolt is going home, but it isn't picking up the next round from the magazine. You can see the scrape marks on the round, but it stays in the mag and doesn't chamber. This happens 2-3 times in a 20 rnd magazine. Mag is locked in position and is as far up as I can push it.
Lower is a Delton with RRA internals. Upper is PSA with 20" barrel. Any ideas what my problem could be? Help...

There isnt a visiable gap that I can see. Everything look the same as in my Bushmaster. I have a pistol shoot this weekend, I may take both AR's out and swap things around and see if it does it with lowers swapped. |
