Ok. Since I'm new to this and having just completed my first built AR (1000 rounds and still grinning like a possum eating briars), I have to follow up on a suggestion to get it suppressed.
First, is it necessary? As a home defense weapon, I imagine it will be deafening without it being suppressed but will it matter or is this just for cool factor? Second, assume I choose to get a suppressor ... 1) will it effect accuracy and 2) how do I actually get one? Third, which one is recommended and how do you attach it? I have a 14.5" BCM EAG upper with a Battle Comp BC 1.5 currently attached. Thanks in advance Tonapah |
