| I want to try to keep it under 750 or so, and I really don't know that much. This is my first AR-15, and first gun really. I know what brands are good and such, but I don't know what type of upper to purchase. It just needs to be functional, not pretty. It is going to be one of few SHTF guns in my collection. I will be putting a scope on it eventually. |

You can get a complete LMT upper for $615, then all you need is a rear sight. 16" LMT Upper - minus BCG. Don't use the option to add one from this page. They will give you a CMT BCG, not LMT. LMT BCG |
| Boy, there's alot to choose from. I would suggest you take at least a week surfing this sight to gather info. You could buy an upper from $400 on up. How much do you want to spend VS. how much do you need to spend. If you don't have a problem with used equipment there's the EE (equipment exchange). |
I have to agree. I am up to 10 AR's now and 5 of my uppers came from PK. Those guys are great. 2 Sabre middys and 3 LW Bushys. |

The last time I talked with M-A parts they started using LMT uppers for their builds and Wilson match barrels. This was in May. Their prices are pretty good and I have never had a problem with any of their stuff. Some people don't like to deal with them because Doc is a little rough around the edges. M&A Parts Dolomite |
