I have replaced my A2 front sight with a YHM gas block with flip up front sight.
Now I have run out of adjustment on my rear sight going to the left.
Rifle was zeroed with original front sight and was in the middle of the rear sight.
Did I create an alignment problem?

Sounds like you have your new gas block canted to the left...I think that is correct...if you had to move the rear left then POI must have been to the right of POA.  Make sure your new gas block is centered.
