My brother just won this on a GB auction.  It looks legit to my untrained eyes.

Looks like the real thing to me.

I've been wondering about this myself. What are the tell tale signs of a fake DD Omega? This one looks both just like a real one from the DD website but it also has all the qualities that other sites say reveals it as a fake.

Looks like the one I sold a month ago. I say real deal, not seeing anything that would make me think otherwise.

I don't know....this might be a fake. Compare the graphics/print on the bottom of this rail (a REAL DD Omega from DD's website) vs. the eBait one. The flag has a WHITE background where the stars are, the text has the omega symbol and "mega rail" behind it with the TM, not the omega symbol "rail TM 7.0". HOWEVER, it's possible that this is an older (or newer) rail which might have been marked up differently. I'm thinking newer because it has the 7.0 designator which wasn't necessary before because they only made one Omega rail back in the days so the photo below might be of the original Omega rail when it first came out. To be sure, I think you should ask DD.

Looks like a fake to me.  I take that back.  The markings on the rail in the gb ad look like the one I have with the exception of 7.0 where mine says 12.0.
