This is my first AR (SP6920) and I'm not wanting to change out the hand guard. Can someone send me in the right direction to getting a bipod installed? Thanks ahead of time for the help,

You don't want to change the hand guard = what?
1. You don't want to modify it all. 2. Moding exising HG is OK. 3. You change to a different handguard; i.e. a drop in rail is OK. and bipod = ? Something like a Harris? Assuming moding your existing HG is OK, places like GG&G make a bolt in/on piece of rail, to which you could attach a bipod. Not the best set-up by far, but that's the only option I would choose. There is always the clothes pin type bipod which clips onto the barrel; even further from ideal. |
