| After cleaning out the safe, and finding things I forgot I had, turns out I need a different AR15. Currently I have a 20" Bushmaster hbar postban, 16" preban Bushmaster, Armalite Sterling preban, and 16" Oly Car97 postban (my only build project to date). My problem is that I have been looking at the M4 configuration, and gotta have one. My question is this, is it possible to redo the Oly to achieve this look, or better to just start new again? If it is possible to use what I have, What products are reccomended, and what is the budget? Oly is standard fixed stock carbine model.Any and all suggestions are welcome.Thanks |

I have two M4's. One a Colt with RAS, and vertical grip, and the other a Wilson Combat with standard M4 HG. you will have to try the vertical grip to see if you like it. I do !! I think a great M4 set up is Colt 14.5in. 1/7 with a SIR, A.R.M.S. #40, M900A, TA31, SOCOM style stock, and G-27 pistol grip. Speaking of grip, that system is going to cost you just that. KZ |

If money is no object and you want all the bells and whistles, this is the way to go. The other thing you need to ask yourself is what the rifle is going to be used for. If you just want another rifle, then put whatever looks cool on it. If you have specific needs for it, then purchase the excessories accordingly. I don't want to sound vague but there is just so many variables to this kind of question that a single answer is hard to come up with.
