cerro forge is one of the most common and one of the best if its got a forge marking, its more than likely a quality made, in spec piece of metal; i'd leave it at that and be happy

The forge mark is not an indication of what manufacturer you have. All it indicates is what foundry it came from. The manufacturers buy from the foundries & then finish them themselves in house or contract someone else to finish them. |
