I have one mated with a BCM middy upper.  The quality and dimensions of the lower are fine.  There's just a little bit of slop between the lower and upper, but not enough to bother me.

I own two with consecutive serials. They are among the best - excellent finish and magwell is in-spec but leans towards the tight end. I also like how the front of the magwell has no flash and the front edge is flat as opposed to some with a slight curve. They lock tight with my LMT upper and also my stripped High Standard upper. All that, plus having no stupid animal or insect logo, means win in my book.

They build crap 1911's.   Perhaps they are doing a better job with more quality focus on their AR line.

How well do the P-Mags fit with this lower?

I'm with xm8. I've got a Stag 2h upper on my HS lower and it fits nice and snug. Mags do fit pretty tight as well.

The newer plastic mold pmags drop free. The older mold (smoother plastic, less matte) will require you to remove the two nubs on the back edges to drop free.

I've got 2x30 rd., 2x30 rd windowed and 2x20 rd. PMags and they all fit my High Standard lower like a glove.
