I have made a few things to help in assembling of my ARs.
Has any one else done this? I would like to see your tooling you made, why and any thoughts.

I wanted something to capture a gasblock while i pinned it in place.Delrin and 2 cuts

I know I could have bought one but I had the time to kill. a little Delrin and an hour or so.

I wanted a bore guide MY way.I used aluminum and brass.

ever try to get out that ejector pin? I milled it and used a surface grinder to make it smooth. I used 4140 steel.

I wanted to play with heavy buffers but didn't want the price of fail...So I turned down some tungsten in H, H1 , H2 and H3

I dont have a picture but I made a muzzle device like a noveske "pig" just smaller and longer. no reason, just to do it.

How about you guys? Lets see.

You slam dunked me....I got nothin'

Edit:
You could move kits of three tungsten slugs easily on the EE.
Everyone has a CAR buffer and with your kit one could assemble the entire range of weights.

H3's are spendy as you know.
