Anyone have any homemade accessories for your AR that you are particularly proud of?

Anyone have some clever personal innovations that you would care to share with the rest of the class?

Pictures, please!

This is a home made light mount using a piece of 2" rail and a fobus mount w/ brinkman light.  It has lasted hundreds of rounds.  The same thing can be achieved w/ parts from wal-mart wtih a weaver rail and 1" weaver base.  I got the idea from the sire Forest posted.

Another cheapo but very hand trick I do is take a "ranger band" (1-2" piece of bicycle innertube) and put one around the handguards and the non lever end of the telestock release.  It eliminates a lot of rattle.

IF you look on the buttstock of this 180b (modified butler creek stock installed just after midnight after the ban sunsetted) there is a kydex mag holder I made for it.  Kept a mag securely in place and slapped shut enough when empty that it was not a snagging hazard.

I made my own version of a tactical latch.  It was my first project with my mini-mill.
