I just traded for a grendel upper with a keymod rail. what would be the best way to mount a bipod on there? also, i see so many add ons and gadgets for the harris bipods my head is spinning. what if any additions are recommended for prone and bench shooting?

I used this before I standardized on MLOK. It’s cheap and worked fine for me.
