You need to host your picture on a hosting service like photobucket.com then copy the link to the picture into the "reply" field using the "insert picture" button on ARFCOM.

use tinypic.com

it's pretty easy

click the browse button and open whichever pic you want

next to 'Resize' select 'messege board 680x480'

then click upload

after it uploads copy and paste the text that is in the yellow box under 'IMG code for forum and messege boards"
