I decided to build my AR and have come up with this so far.........

1.  LMT Defender Lower Receiver:
    - SOPMOD Stock - Standard Trigger - LEO Markings - Ergo Grip

2.  RRA Mid-Length 16" A4 Upper Receiver:
    - Chrome Lined Barrel - Smith Vortex Flash Hider - Standard Latch - A2 Front Site

Few questions....

a.  Can the A2 front site be removed to add a flip up front site later on?

b.  What is the gas buster charging handle with big latch?

Any suggestions/comments welcome!

a) yes
b) it is the PRI gas buster - it's designed to keep blowback out of your face, which isn't really a big concern unless you're running a suppressor.

Yes, by using either a gasblock with rail or a gasblock with flip-up built in.
a waste of about $85.00...unless you are using a sound suppressor

Although I gotta say the Big latch is kinda nice. Worth the $19 bucks to swap out the one there IMO.
