Hey guys, pretty new to AR's. Finished my first build (all PSA 16" Carbine) a couple months ago and am starting my second build now. So how does the following sound for a second build. Still waiting on parts so no pics yet.
Lower: Aero Precision stripped lower PSA MOE lower parts kit without trigger ALG QMS trigger PSA mil spec buffer tube kit with standard M4 stock Upper: PSA 16" CMV Mid Length upper with Midwest Industries SS G2 12" free float hand guard BCM BCG Standard charging handle Magpul MBUS sights I will eventually swap the M4 stock for B5 Sopmod Bravo stock and probably pick up a Micro Dot from Primary arms. Have to build the funds back up first. |

+1 on the CH, in this day and age there's no reason not to be using some kind of aftermarket latch, at least - but the Gunfighter is just AWESOME. ETA but yeah, looks great OP. I definitely want to upgrade the charging handle. I also have to upgrade the charging handle on my first build. I'm a lefty so I'm either going to go with the Rainer Arms Rapter or the BCM ambi gunfighter. The stock is just temporary. I got the buffer tube kit from PSA on the daily deal for $39 and it comes with the M4 stock. I have the B5 Sopmod Bravo on my other rifle and will probably get another one for this build. Just have to save up some more cash. |
