How long does it take del-ton to process a internet order? I placed an order last fri and when I check on the status it shows "Processing". Any past experiences?

I am used to dealing with Adco who is super fast in the shipping department. When I bought from Del-ton the week wait before they even shipped seemed like an eternity. It was well worth the wait. Be patient.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and email them.  They told me I had a 4 week wait.  It was on my doorstep a week and a half after I placed my order!

I placed an order for a YHM flip up sight on 3/11. Still pending.And it's in stock. This is my last dealings with DelTon. I've always had good service from them. One month for an instock item is beyond unacceptable. Missing one person shouldn't cause a business to stock dead in it's tracks. If we kept a customer waiting for shipping an instock item for a month, we wouldn't have any customers to ship to.

Please take into consideration that some places don't process orders during the weekend. I run an online automotive parts store and I get these questions all the time.

First find out when you placed an order. Then find out what time it was at Del-Ton when the order was received. Then find out their policy on orders, i.e. what is the cut off time to ship the same day.

I know it's hard it is to wait for stuff, but be patient. Call the company and check with them. It's more effective to find out the information first hand than to ask people who don't work there.

My experience is that really popular items can take a bit longer. Other stuff always seem to ship faster.

It wouldn't be out of line to make a call if you're that concerned.

I called them and talked to Betty 3 times now. Last time was last Friday. She told me ship time was 3-4 weeks. I also work for an FFL dealer. I placed this order for a customer. The only reason I havn't cancelled it is 1: I'm still waiting on the upper. 2: I've dealt with Del-Ton for a couple years now. Up till now service was great. I don't buy the excuse that one person is out and business all but stops.
