How do you post pictures on the site without having to go to photo bucket or the likes? Or can you?

right click on photo, go to properties. select and copy url. when on the screen to post something, click on the insert pic button..looks like a photo of mountains. when the screen comes up, hit the delete key, and then right click and paste.
