How the hell do I get this thing off ? Is it reverse threaded or something ? Is it lockited on ? It is a colt lower if that matters. I'm tring to unscrew it with a wrench and it feels like I'm gonna bend the fucking tube before it comes loose.

The tube has been staked.  You will need to remove the stake on the extension with a dremil, then the tube will unscrew (counter-clockwise).

I'm not seeing any stake. Where exactly is it ? Please help. This is frustrating the hell out of me.

If it's a car extension, then the stake is on the bottom.

If its a full lenght, then it's loctited.

To break down the loctite bond, use a heat gun on the tube to break the bond (bond breaks down at 650*).

If you use a blow torch, make sure to only heat the tube, and not the receiver. Work the flame quickly around the tube about 3" back from the receiver. This will transfer the heat to the threads to break the bond.
