I am trying to mount an accessory rail on the bottom of my Bushmaster but to do so I must remove the dual heatshields from the bushmaster m4 handguards. How can this be done without damaging them?

they dont seem to be notched under anything, i can't really see how they are attached, there are six little nubs which seem to stick up from beneath

ahah, got them, just pulled up hard with the needlenose, seems like they are pressed in, thanks anyway
