If you find any of these please let me know. M&A has them Palmetto State Armory has some as well M&A tube will be here tomorrow (fast shipping), I ordered from PSA not knowing it takes 2-3 weeks to ship a simple in stock item. |

BCM now has Rifle Buffer Tubes in stock. I almost ordered from PSA last night, I am glad I waited.
Here |
|
This is my first AR build so not 100% buffer and spring to get.
I see the BCM buffer tube is mill spec and 6 position I believe that's what I want. I have the Magpul CTR (Milspec) but stock already. So my understanding is I need the tube, spring, buffer not 100% sure on the other parts I need as I've not received any of my LPK's yet to see what they included if anything at all. Would like to be able to order all the smaller parts together even if separate items in the order and not a kit that way i'm not placing separate orders for small parts like a castle ring. I'm guessing I need a carbine 6 position buffer tube like at BCM and matching spring and buffer. I will be using a 16" light weight mid length barrel. |

They usually have a mounting kit with everything you need in stock, but I don't think they do at the moment. You can find it all separately on there though, all in stock. In addition to the receiver extension you'll need the action spring, buffer, end plate, and castle nut. As for buffer, I generally run an H. Never had a problem. That's kinda become a lot of people's new "standard".

Thanks for the info although it would be nice to get the order in now while the stuff is in stock, think I'll wait for one of the 3 LPK's to come to see what other parts I need that were not included in them. |

| Found the A5 buffer tube in 6 and 7 pos but no joy in finding the buffer itself. No biggie,I'm building a fixed stock rifle and a 14.5 middy and reports are that it does not play well with the 14.5 mid length.Still,I have a 16" Noveske I'd like to try the A5 out on. |
