IOR 3x25 Tactical Scope CQB. This seem like the scope that fits my need but iam comparing this with the leupold mark 4 cq/t.....with which i do not like the small aperture and the eyerelief seems questionable

IOR 1.1-4x26 Tactical 30mm is what I'm planning on getting ....I beleive it's a good alternative to the Schmidt & Bender SD at more than half the price..

I only have experience with the 1.1x-4x with the CQB reticle but I think it is a great scope.

I have an IOR 3-18x42 and 6-24x50 and am well satisfied with quality of construction and optical clarity. These scopes have been utilized on AR's as well as bolt and gas .308's and I've not experienced any issues or failures.

I prefer the CQT but the IOR are a good alterative.

Mike at CS Gunworks: Why do you keep bumping your 2005 ad to the top of the Optical board in the EE forum with all the pictures and great prices on IOR scopes. You most recently bumped it last week.

After I inquired about a 3X25 for $630, you returned my call and badmouthed IOR. You told me you hadn't handled them in a long time because of all the trouble with them. IOR tells me you haven't bought from them in quite a while, but they had nothing bad to say about you.

If you are just using the IOR pics and deeply discounted prices to lure traffic to your site, and then pushing another brand, that doesn't seem too scrupulous to me. Just my $.02.

DD not sure what was exactly said between you and Mike. I can tell you Mike is a stand up guy. I live about 30 miles away from him and dealt with him on a few occasions.

I called him late one Saturday afternoon/evening with some questions about a scope. Mike met with me at his shop that same evening (probably during his dinner time) to show me several scopes he had on hand (Zeiss, Nightforce, Leupold, etc.). He was patient with me and answered all my questions (pros and cons with each scope). It took me a while to decide which scope I wanted and he never once rushed me. His price was VERY good.

Another time I was looking for a set of rings for another scope. I called Mike on a late Sunday afternoon with questions. Mike met with me that evening and took care of me.

I don't know of any other dealer other than Scott Berish (Liberty Optics) who is as stand up as Mike.

I will have to back up JFK, I have one purchase from Mike and many emails about other potential purchases and he has been up right and good to deal with.....may have caught him on the day he paid his quarterly taxes.
