For whatever reason, I have an unhealthy obsession with the dragonov reticle. At some point I intend on putting an IOR M2 scope on an HBAR ar15a2 (when I get it completed) and I am wondering what the pros and cons are of this reticle.

I personally like the chevron aiming point and the pinch type ranging reticle. So if I don't get the dragonov I'll probably wind up with the Nato reticle because of it's step type ranging reticle (I don't ever intend on having to use these range finding abilities, but its nice to know they are there).

So, please speak up if you have used this reticle and think its good or bad or cluttered. I've never actually used it, I just think it looks intaresting.

I don't own one but I always thought they were cool, and from what I've read people dig 'em because of the accuracy help from using the chevron point.  I think IOR discontinued exporting them to the US or just stopped making that reticle altogether because of the 'negative' connotation of the ruskie dragonov or something like that.
