.... thanks to BrightFlashlights. I was the luck winner of the 9P that BrightFlashlights so kindly donated to the FDCC fourth anniversary shoot! I've seen all the Surefires on the carbines out there, and have wanted to mount one on my AR for a long time. I just couldn't justify the $ for a freakin FLASHLIGHT! Well, I brought the 9P home (after a 2 hour motorcycle ride in the rain!!), took a warm shower, oil up the guns again, and took the 9P out in the yard along with my 6D maglight. The 9P is just OBNOXIOUS. It's larger than a MiniMag, smaller than a 2C Mag. About halfway in between. It waaaay outclasses the 6D mag. I can see the back of the neighbor across the streets yard like it's noon. So how do you thank the guy that donates this? Well, first you run around to your office buddies that have never heard of Surefire and say, "Hey, watch this!" and zap'em. Then tell them where you got the light. The come to AR15.COM and tell everyone what a great & groovy guy BrightFlashlights is for having donated it. Then you ask BrightFlashlights, "Hey, can you IM me for a quote with shipping to 32223 for a P91, an SC1, a V10, and a 12 pack of batteries? Oh, and can you look that order over to make sure everyting matches, in case I'm ordering the wrong stuff?" |
