OK is there an easier way to ask then, can I use a Vietnam Era Colt 20rd, and Orolite 30 and New USGI 30s with no problems? Can I take a Bushmaster FCG and drop in it? How bout a bolt carrier from a gunshow?

It will accept all USGI mags.  I don't know why you would want to switch bolt carriers but you could if you wanted to.  It will also take any regular size FCG.

They are not made by S&W. They are parts assembled by S&W. As it applies to this web site, and tele stock receiver extensions, they are milspec.

So you can use GI magazines, GI parts, and buy aftermarket stocks made for milspec extensions.
