I have a Leupold metric optic that the adjustments are 1-click = 1cm @ 100meters.

My range is set up in yards.

So, what movement in inches does 1 click = at 100yds?

Well, thanks but I already knew that. Let me restate the question:

If 1 click moves the POI 1cm at 100m,

How far does 1 click move the POI at 100 yards?

At 100m, 1 click would move 0.394". Since 100 yds is about 90% of 100m, then 90% of 0.394" is 0.355" or thereabouts....or 0.9cm.
