| Let me start by saying I know nothing at all about optics. That said here is what I want to do with my AR which is a CMMG Lower with a stag 2H upper with A.R.M.S #40 A2 rear sight and A2 front sight. For now I just want a scope for plnking 100- 200 yards perhaps later if I can find the time do some 3 gun type matches, Can 1 scope do both? Also I would like to co-witness with my BUIS. Another important thing is that have old eyes and cant see close up anymore with out the use of reading glasses, when I look thru my sight now the rear peep is very blurry. Is this going to be a problem with eye relief? Like I said I have no clue. If any one of you have some suggestions on a type of optic and mount would be best please share with me your thoughts. If you plane on co-witnessing you can use an optic like an Aimpoint or EoTech but a magnified optic will not co-witness. Aimpoint  Here is an EoTech w/ an Aimpoint 3x magnifier.
