[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Identify upper receiver

Anyone know who finished this upper? Probably had it for over 3 yrs & don't remember how I acquired it. It's a cerro forging(keyhole) with no T-markings. There's some symbol or the letter "A" on the rear lug.
