Read the stickies on this forum.   All the build information is available.   As for parts, I recommend reading the forum as there are countless posts about parts/quality/etc.... Once you've done your research, which it appears you haven't, come back and ask the specifics.
Cheers,
cc

Welcome!

you need a lower, lower parts kit, butt stock and kit, i would go for the complete upper, and a sighting system. to vague? then start with the stickies and post any questions you have here (after you search it). there is no such thing as a stupid question, i still have lots of them!

+1 to reading all the stickies in this column.  Then figure out what you want to use the rifle for.  If it's a disaster rifle (katrina rifle) then let me know and I'll list what I put on mine.
