| I am looking at what seems to be an original Colt Delta Elite. It is complete and unfired. Even the barrel wick is in place. This is a white label rifle. I am not sure what that means. Model number 6600DH. The white label on the aluminum hard case matches the serial number. The number is SP2421XX. I am prepared to pay over 2K for it. My question is what is the significance of the white label and is it worth the money. Thanks |

However, if it's in mint condition then I would say yes it's probably worth about $2000 just what I can find from google. |

The white label was made from 1989 to 1990.
It was in between the Green and Blue labels. Here is your information biggerhammer.net That is a bit of a rare rifle, if it is worth $2k, that is up to you. It is a collectible. If you want to shoot it, then I'd say no way. IIRC they were selected from the line for their accuracy. No idea what the criteria was. Good Luck Bill |

John Thomas Those were just stickers and they are included. Good eye, John! I had no idea those were stickers. I thought they were somehow incorporated into the grip.

Why buy it if you're not going to show it off to us here. There really isn't any other reason. 
I'd like to own it, but I sure would have a hard time shooting it...although I've bought other unfired rifles for more money (NFA) and gone out and shot them. |

It's interesting to me that it's old enough to have the SP1 style lower, yet no bayonet lug. Especially since the serial number on my A2 (from 1988) is in the 349XXX serial number range. Did the Delta Elites not have bayonet lugs? Edited... I did a quick search and found this one on gunbroker with a bayonet lug.
