Anyone else try one of these?

I got mine today and so far I am impressed. Takes ones single CR123A battery. It has 3 modes, high, low and strobe.

You can disable the strobe and reverse the high and low settings sequence if you desire. The output is supposedly 125 lumens on the high setting and 30 lumens on the low setting.

It does not require any tools to mount and has a safety lever to prevent you from pushing the pressure switch.

So far so good, but I have to see how the battery life is and how it stands up. It is a neat light for the money.

What's the run time with a single battery? Also, how much is the light?

It is supposed to be 2 hours on high, 10 on low. I paid $176 with shipping, but I hear it is much cheaper for .mil and leo's.

I would run one if it went to single output, I do not like multiple outputs on weaponlights unless they are bezel controlled - and even then I would have no real use.

You almost have that. Since you can disable the strobe, and control which sequence high and low comes on in, once any setting is on for more than 2 seconds, the next push turns the light off.

I know its not the same as what you mean, but it was well thought out in that respect.

I just called the company:

http://www.inforce-mil.com/contact.php

They were more than happy to help me out. They only had black at the time so I waited about 3 weeks until the tan one came out.

How much are they going for?

I paid $176 with shipping. It came via UPS in an unusually large box for such a small light. The box could have fit a toaster oven in it.

Like I posted in the other thread.  This light looks good until I see the multi mode.  No weapon light should have multiple functions, Surefire doesn't make em that way for a reason.  Under stress you can easily screw that up.  Pass.

Have you preached this to every tlr-1S user out there? Hate to tell you this but strobe and dim are now asked for by people such as crane. If you had completely read  the other thread you would have seen that, as well as some schools(Darc) teaching the bonuses of strobe on force on force.
