So it was 12 above today and i decided to do a little shooting, mostly to confirm zero's.  It was a spur of the moment decision, and I was badly under dressed, so these were very much rushed with about 5 seconds between shots, and were fired while wearing a sweatshirt laying in 6 inches of snow..  I shot 2 rifles, both equipped with barrels purchased some time ago from global tactical.  The first is a 16 inch mid length which was called the operator barrel at one time.  IIRC, it was a Rock blank with thicker chrome lining, SPR profile.  It is fitted to a Larue billet upper with a Smith NM BCG, old school Magpul M93B stock, and an RRA lower with Gieselle SSA trigger. Optic is a USO SR8-M, and the suppressor is an older M4-2000.  Ammunition was Black hills remanned 77 grain .223 SMK.  This is actually a 12 round group.

Rifle 2 is loosely based on The MK12 mod 0.  An 18 inch spr profile rifle gas in a Larue billet upper with JP tactical stainless BCG.  It is fitted to another RRA lower with DMR trigger and an A-1 stock with a duracoat job done by a friend.  Ammo is 60 grain vmax .223 TAP, fired through the same M4-2000 suppressor.  Optic is a
Leupold 4.5 - 14 x 40mm LRT with TMR and M-1 knobs.  10 round group for this one.  This was the last rifle fired for the day.  I was damn cold and my group suffered because of it.  This is y preferred coyote rifle, and I can usually put them into an inch pretty consistently.

Assuming a 100 yard range, it's pretty impressive. Essentially (especially with the upper one) you're talking about slightly larger than minute-of-eyeball.

Thanks.  Condsidering the conditions I am pretty pleased, especially with the performance of the 16 inch midlength and the remanned 77 grain black hills.  Personally, after seeing how well the remanned can shoot I wont spend the extra on red box unless I was shooting in a comp.  Expected a little better out of the 18 rifle gassed gun and the 60 vmax, but I was awfully cold.  It was good enough to take two coyotes this AM though.  I'm looking forward to the arrival of an Allen Engineering AEM-5 suppressor too.
