...any good? I like the idea of a rechargeable flashlight so I can use it frequently without spending $$$$ on 123 batteries. Or are there any other good rechargeable flashlights on the market?

They discontinued the H2X version due to massive reiability issues.  They have a new version of the Arturus with a different alphanumerical designator.  Issues with the switch, battery, and charger.  Stay away.

Why not just get a Pila for your current 123 2 cell lights?  Much less money and potential for issues.

I have one and absolutely love it.  Bright as hell and not buying cr123$ batteries is really nice. When working a graveyard/evening shift, rechargable is a necessity
I would go with the newer version because it is even BRIGHTER with more lumens.

I have the typhoon (the non-rechargeable cr123 version) and it's incredible.  I've had it since it was released and use it for law enforcement purposes - this includes beating the hell out of doors with it and dropping it numerous times on concrete and other hard floors.  All this said, I've never had a problem with an Insight product.  I can't speak for the Arcturus, but if it is 1/2 as durable as the rest of insight's products then it's an excellent choice.

There are 3 choices for LEO/MIL:
Surefire, Insight, Streamlight

The rest, in my opinion, is sub-par.
