[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Installing new BCG

I just received a new BCM bolt carrier group. Do I need to do anything to it other than just put it in the rifle? Thanks.

lube it up, make sure its properly staked... if not, stake it

some guys say you should headspace, MOST say no, as long as the barrel was factory installed/tested then you should be good to go.
