I have a Bushmaster ORC.  It comes with the milled gas block.

I managed to find one of the elusive Bushy/YHM flip front sights that clamshells around the gas block.

I leveled the rifle and then leveled the front sight before tightening the mounting screws.

When I sighted it in, I had to move the rear sight windage WAY to the right....almost using up all the travel.

If I wanted the rear sight more centered, should I move the front to the right?

Unless I'm mistaken, the front sight would need to move left in your case.

Hold up your index fingers for mock sights and try it

Page 0015-16 of TM 9-1005-319-23&P shows how to go about aligning the front and rear sights in order to limit excessive windage.
