It has 365 rounds through it. The cam pin has this line worn into it - it looks like some sort of burr on the BC has rubbed this line into the cam pin. The line will catch with your finger nail.
I felt around the cam pin hole on the bolt and bolt carrier with my fingers and q-tips to see if a burr would catch the cotton. Didn't find anything. Has anyone seen this before, is it normal?
My other AR has about 3k through it. The cam pin has a similar wear pattern, but it is smooth.

The wear is normal, and just the cam crashing off the end of the carrier cam slots.
If it really bothers you, you can relief the end of the carrier cam edges so they don't dig in as much, but still kind of a waste since the cam is really a service item anyway.
