[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Is my bushy Chrome lined?

Well after ordering a M4 16" upper from their Fall Sale, I got it in yesterday!

Hooked up sweet to my Spike's lower! And fit and finish seems top rate.

I was wondering though the barrel is marked " B MP 5.56 NATO 1/9 "

I dont see anything stating on the barrel indicating its chrome lined even though their ad stated it was. I looked with a light in there and it looks shiny but I'm a newb and probably wouldnt know the difference.

Help!

I believe all Bushmaster barrels that are currently produced are chrome lined. Except ofcourse stainless barrels.

Most barrel stampings that I've seen don't indicate whether or not they are chrome lined, just the caliber, twist rate, MPI stamp and manufacturer.

If Bush said it was chrome lined though, it's more than likely chrome lined.
