I have an 18" rifle length barrel and SLR Rifleworks adjustable gas block. I will be using just average 55g ammo most of the time. I just bought the JP silent captured spring set and I was wondering what weight spring most likely would be the besr?

Depends on your gas setting.

There was a report that the green and yellow spring offered the best accuracy whereas the lighter/lightest springs (black and white) offered worse accuracy but better sight recovery.

I have been on a search myself for spring/buffer setup and some people I have talked to suggested the white spring if you are using a lightweight bcg.
