JSE is good to go. If you do encounter problems they will make it right.

I'll PM you OP.

But why not just go Palmetto State Armory.  Good all around rep + some killer deals.

Im so stuck. I have looked at completely building me a upper so I could get the best parts I can an of course the best performance.  At this point I just cant afford that. Im going to have to go with a cheaper complete one. The JSE is still high up there cause its sorta the cheapest upper I have found that fits what im wanting this weapon for. I was thinking about Palmetto State Armory but they are outa stock on there sight. Do you know anyone that has any available? I would have no problem getting one cause I have one of there lowers an it seems to be a great lower.

mountaineergunner,

I am not an expert here but I think if you are going for long range precision you might want to find out who the barrel manufacturer is for the JSE kit.  I think the upper and BCG would probably perform fine for what you need.  But the one item that can kill your long range precision is the barrel.  Not all 20" stainless steel bull barrels are made the same.  Make sure you are getting a quality barrel in any kit you buy.  Hopefully, some of the more knowledgeable folks will chime in about some affordable barrel options in complete uppers.

They are local to me always have 100 or more uppers ready to roll or will build you one on the spot. I have ordered from other places and got great products also but for a local company I always spend my money here if they have it in stock. Unfortunately I'm impatient so whatever isn't in stock I'm on the net trying to find it and usually guilty of spending to much instead of waiting a few days for them to build it or get it.

I got some complete uppers last year at the creek during the panic from JSE and I got to say they were dirt cheap and a solid product. This Fall at the creek they were way over priced and completely different parts. Not bad mouthing them just saying that during the tail end of the panic they were giving uppers away from $399.00 complete but this fall over $500 for the same thing.
