How many 11 rib panels does it take to fill up one complete Rifle length RAS rail?
I'm talking Gov't profile 20" barrel.

Is it two 11 rib panels? Or,
One 11 rib and one 9 rib?

I know I can always cut one down a couple ribs if need be, but i'm just curious.

It would take 8 total 11rib panels.

2 per rail.

2 11 rib panels wont fit on my M5 RAS...

I think its an 11 and a 9. The sides are also shorter. No idea on that one...

You'll need 6 11 rib panels and 2 9's. Thats what I had on my POS issue Colt M16A4

More like 4 11-ribs, 2 9-ribs and 2 5-ribs (since the M203 cut out shorten the side rails).

However, if you want no gaps, you'll have to buy 10 rib and 6 ribs, and cut them just to the inside of the final rib to fit flush with the 11 rib panels.

That leaves out the whole mess a VFG adds.
