Will the Knight's Armament Company forend rail systems fit securely on uppers made by Model 1?

Probably. The RAS system attaches under the front handguard cap, and clamps to the barrel nut. The only issue is the barrel diameter right behind the front handguard cap. [url]quarterbore.com/kac/kacrisras.html[/url]
